You can also call me, and I will do my best to answer. However, I silence my phone a lot of the time so that I can provide the highest quality work when I am at my customer's home.
How do you charge?
We provide upfront flat-rate estimates with detailed service description and scope assumptions. We do not charge by the hour.
Most of the time, we are able to provide free, no-obligation online estimates with just description and pictures.
The more information you can provide, the better we can uderstand the scope of work and give you the best estimate.
If a job requires diagnostics/assessment, we charge a service call that starts at $96, depending on the project's complexity, to come out and evaluation the project, discuss options, and provide an estimate.
