Are the listed prices fixed or just estimates?

These are typical prices for standard jobs. If yours is more complex, we'll always let you know, talk about options, and confirm final estimate before starting any extra work.

What’s included in the price?

The price includes travel, material acquisition, labor, cleanup, disposal of small parts. Material costs, dump runs, hauling away fixtures, packaging, appliances, are not included.

Do I need to provide materials (or supplies)?

We usually ask customers to provide the fixtures to be installed (e.g. light fixtures, faucets, curtain rods, etc.) and confirm that the product is in good condition prior to our arrival. Additional trip charge may apply if the product is not ready to be installed, not compatible, or parts are missing. We will provide all necessary additional hardwares and supplies (hardware, sealant, etc.) for the installation. If in doubt, feel free to ask us to make sure.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Our instant book services require a 3-business-day lead time for us to process and confirm your reservation. If you need the job done sooner, please text 503-549-1070 or fill-out our Custom Handyman Services Request Form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Are you licensed / insured?

Yes, we are licensed, insured, bonded general contractor in Oregon so our customers can have peace of mind when hiring us.

What if my isn't in Instant Book service list?

If your job isn’t listed in Instant Book, fill out our Custom Handyman Services Request Form — we’ll often respond same day with a firm price.

What if I want to cancel or reschedule?

Our Instant Book Services can be cancelled or rescheduled anytime with written notice. The $50 reservation fee is fully refundable if the service is cancelled within 3 business days from when the service is booked, and no work has been substantially started.
